8 Kilos of fruit and nuts soaking in Brandy and other ingredients
I am going to make rich fruit cake pieces.....a 1000 pieces........for a friend's daughter's wedding. The process has started and I have soaked 8 kilos of fruits and nuts on 17th Aug. I will be making the cakes sometime in December for a January 14th, 2011 wedding.
